All orders are FOB shipping point. 3 working days maximum
turn around on all Seth Cole label products. Most orders
are shipped the same day.
Damaged Goods Policy
Merchandise that is visibly damaged or arrives incomplete should be
noted on the delivery receipt. If concealed damage is discovered,
the customer should notify the carrier to request an inspection of
the damage, and should notify Seth Cole customer service. In all cases, a signed
delivery receipt and a copy of the carier inspection report must then be sent
to Seth Cole for claim processing.
